My dad is looking to buy an 2007 E320 CDI. Is this a good buy?BLK/BLK,8,000 miles $50,000. Has the premium package.

Used car lot is about 4-5 k high max about $45,000 maybe a little less since now all the new models
are out for 08.Carfax?have it inspected,a must.Why is it on the market with only a few months of use?
Be cautious.
