Default 2006 Mercedes e350 ECM problems!!!!

Hey I have a 2006 mercedes e350 4matic and my fan runs on high at all times, I have so many malfunctions on on my dash, for example (cruise control, srs airbag, display). All are malfunctions and oh I forgot the OBD scanner won't read. It just says linking error. Before you say I might need to try another one I took the car to two shops and it wouldn't read. My question is can you flash a used ECM with the information on the current ECM in your car or do you have to buy a brand new ECM and if so does anybody know where to buy one for a reasonable price? I'm desperate!!!!!!! Please help me!!!!!!!

Default Ecm

ECM is vin coded and you need a "virgin" ecm. I have one for sale if interested. It has a 2 year warranty and comes with instructions as to high and indy shop can marry it to your car. Would be half the price of a dealer.
