2005 E500 Navigation Unit Failure

2005 E500 Navigation Unit Failure
My navigation unit appears to have lost its power source. The unit will not eject the map DVD, and it appears on the command unit as not available. I checked the f3 fuse and it's fine. The power connector is tight on the unit. Any ideas?
