Default 2003 E-320 Bluetooth

Decided for a little christmas present for myself I am going to install a bluetooth wireless system in my car for Hands-Free action while I drive down the road. I want to be able to use any bluetooth wireless capable phone, use my steering wheel controls, and use the dashboard number's. I asked a tech person at my local Mercedes dealer and he said he's done them many times before and it would be $700! F that, I know I can get it for cheaper thats ridiculous. Anybody got any suggestions on where to start?

Yes it does have handsfree, but the phone that is needed is the old V60, I am a Cingular customer and they do not offer TDMA networking anymore which is what the V60 runs on..
