Default 2001 MERC 320CDI nightmare!!

I have Recently bought a 2001 mercedes 320 cdi all seemed ok untill I had a missfire on number 1 cylinder. I removed plastic engine covers, to find all around the top of the injectors was covered in carbon. I have been told this is from injector seal going on number 1 cylinder , after a major struggle I have got this injector out cleaned everything up and fitted a new copper washer but I can not get this to seal and it blows diesel up past gap, I have even tryed using two copper washers still the same it is also blowing smoke from exhaust and turbo feed pipe is full of oil can anyone help as this is very frustrating thankyou for any help I receive

I have had problems with copper washers sealing in the past. I just heat them up until they glow red and then immediately chuck them in cold water. The copper becomes soft. Make sure the sealing surfaces are really clean and if possible check for any hairline cracks. It's not necessary to use two washers.
Best of luck.

Here's Help: Take it to your local Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer and request an itemized written estimate of repairs.

At least then you'll have a true picture of what's going on with you investment.

I doubt the injector seal was the cause of you symptons.

Or if there is no dealer then take it to an independant shop. Where are you located? Im guessing outside the USA because we dont have a W210 E320CDI.
