I posted on this foruma fix for this problem that worked for me.
Let me know if it works for you.
Do a search on the forum and search under Author for trivett.
Or you can find it by searching ABS/BAS/ESP
UPDATE: Later I found out I was wrong. You have to replace your brake light switch.
