2001 benz e320 w210 rear door will not open

I have a 2001 Benz e320 (w210) and the rear passenger door will not open from the inside or out.
All the other doors work fine.
Can someone help me out?

You likely have to look at the mechanism inside the door panel to see if it needs replacing.
