Default 2000 e320 help

Ok. I have searched the forums and I can find some ideas but not specific to my problem. Here is what I am encountering I have a 2000 Mercedes Benz E320 my BAS and ESP lights are on. I have gone through the entire car replaced all the fuses under the hood all the fuses in the car and also all the fuses under the back seat. I have pulled the negative battery terminal my brake lights work after that but only for about a half a day as I was driving my Bas and ESP lights came back on. All the bulbs are good I replace those as well any suggestions as to what could be done or what may be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated I do not think it is a wiring problem. I am hoping it is something simple but if anybody has any suggestions as to why they only work temporarily like I said it would be greatly appreciated any help with this.

Try getting the codes pulled from the DTC, it'll give you an exact place to start troubleshooting.
