My R-front parking lamp is out. The dealer said the headlight wiring harness must be replaced -- for $650!

I can live without the parking light for $650, but the computer warning that a light is burned out is driving me crazy.

Can this harness be replaced by the average guy, and any recommendations on where to buy one at a reasonable cost? (if anyone has a part no. that would be very helpful).
