1998 W210 wagon starting problems
Hello folks, it's been a while.
I just rescued a 1998 W210 Wagon 4Matic. originally from New Jersey and has been sitting for a couple of years.
I changed the fuel. tried to start it and only heard a click. the starter relay is good. I replaced the starter (lots of rusty muffler bolts). now I hear the starter kick for like one second and then stop. I can see the radiator fan moving ever so slightly every time I try to start it.
Does this mean the engine or the flywheel is seized up? Can I do anything to free the flywheel?
I pray to god it's something else. I really wanna keep this car on the road.
thanks a bunch.
