Default 1995 E420 Sun Visor Passenger Right Side

Hello,
I am new to the forum and pleased this is available to communicate with other MBZ owners. I am restoring probably one of the last 95 E420's sold in California, with 430K and is black, with black leather and black windows. Overall it is in good condition but several things need doing - always. I have noticed some parts are getting very difficult to source. I am looking for a replacement passenger front right sun visor with mirror in black. The visor is in good condition but the left hinge cracked and the pin fell out so the black plastic mirror cover drops down and with no pin the light will not go on. If I cannot get a new replacement, is there a way to fix the plastic hinge or replace the mirror assembly in the visor?
Second item is the rear bumper cover and insert - I cannot find a replacement or even a recycled one. Maybe the best option is to use plastic repair material and fix/patch the right damage. Does anybody know the correct hard plastic filler I can use? Bondo will not work.
Thank you for any guidance you can offer.
