Default 1995 e320 blower issues!!

Hello all, ive posted in multiple forume, sorry if you've already seen this...

1995 E320 sedan, 309k miles!! the blower is not working. what I've done:

1. checked all fuses, including strip fuse (which had a crack in it, but i bypassed with in-line 30amp)
2. took out/disassembled the CCU, didn't see any signs of arcing, etc. i actually plugged the board back in while apart, and touching my fingers on some points of the board made the aux fans come on, but that's it.
3. removed the 3-prong plug behind the brake booster and tested with volt meter. looking at the male part, affixed to the firewall i found the following:
a-left, closest to pass side-nada 0v
b-center-13-14v
c-right-9v, switched fan to low, got 1.2v

4. removed the blower motor, and bench tested with 12v. worked perfect.

so, guys, am i looking at a resistor, that goes under the blower motor? have i missed anything?

i'm halfway confident that the ccu might be ok, when i choose floor, defrost, etc i can hear all of the vac valves manipulating....

looking forward to your suggestions!! thanks in advance!!
