I have a restored 1994 US spec E 320 4 door sedan.all four doors lock uncommanded. when you open the doors it sets-off the car alarm even while driving.(that a lot of fun in traffic) you have to stop the car use the key to lock and unlock the car to turn it off. I thought it was a buggy alarm system so I disabled the alarm. that seemed to work for the alarm. However the doors continue to lock them selves 3-5 seconds after you close the door or use the key to open the door. it happens to all four doors at once. this car has been restored including a new wiring harness about 10 years ago and is in great shape. any ideas why or even what to troubleshoot?

 

update the vacuum pump and tank are good no leaks, on a separate note but maybe related? I seem to have a current draw against a new battery kills the battery is 2-3 days something is pulling amperage even when shut off. the only thing that runs when shut down is the clock and that is not a big deal.
