About 3 months ago my girls father gave us his 94 400E because we needed a car badly. It drove great, made it from CO to TX just fine. The body is in amazing shape with a recent paint job. The problems it had were slight leak in oil and transission fluid. He recently had the transmission replaced with a used one not sure mileage on it. Last week I drove it to work, then when I started it to go home it ran really rough and would not shift very well so I figured it was the atf was low. I got some and filled it up and it all spilled out onto the parking lot. I limped it home and put a little in to see where the leak was and it was from the pan gasket and it just puked straight out. I replaced the gasket and it doesn't puke but still leaks. Filled it up with fluid I was told about 7 qts by autozone. Now it still runs rough and will not accelerate. 1st gear shifts at 2500 hard and after that it will never go over 1500 unless its cruising on the highway. Will not go up hills and smokes a bit if left on too long.
Sorry its so long I just don't know what the heck is wrong.
