I've had my mercedes for less than a year and haven't gotten a manual for it yet. A light on the dashboard has been on that I'm not familiar with. It's a circle with 3 dashes going up each side of it. It's yellow, and I think it might be the check engine. Does anyone know what it might be?

Check your brake fluid level too! Might be low!
