Hi everyone,
So about three months ago my 1991 190e broke down I figured out that the alternator wasn't charging the battery. I got it home and then proceeded to replace the alternator. During the process one of the coolant lines was in the way so I disconnected the coolant line and some coolant leaked out (to be expected) I replaced the alternator and toped off the coolant. Took it for a test drive and about 10 minutes in the car started to overheat so we pulled over and toped off the coolant. We drove it home with no issues. The car sat for three days then I started it and the car idled really rough the car was shaking and sounded like it wasn't running on all cylinders. We attempted to drive it and acceleration was poor. I got back and checked the plugs and number 4 cylinders plug wasn't brown, but all others were. What do you think I should do.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD be GREAT
