I just bought a 1984 190e 2.3, I have never owend a mercedes and need a little help.
when i start the car it will idle but backfires and stalls when i try to exccellerate ,i checkrd the vacume side of the fuel pressure regulator and there is some fuel leaking the rubber boot is also lose,i am pricing out regulators now but would likr to know what els i should check

the cap and rotor plugs and wires apear to be new but i will inspect them a little more
