I found a leakage in front passenger side wheel area. Please refer to the attached picture. You can see the leakage from the black rubber boot(?) on the center of the picture. I have couple of questions below;

- What are the name of this boot and function(s)?
- Is the repair for this leakage an easy Do-It-Yourself type job?
- If so, what parts and tools are required?
