My moon roof has always closed with one touch of the button. Today it attempted to fully close but reopened back up 1/4.opening.Tried several times to perform the one touch closure but still reopened. I can hold the button and it closes completely! Anyone having this problem? I checked for debris in the track but found nothing but one small leaf and removed in with the same results!

 

Try and reset it. Hold the button in the position to open it and hold it for about 5sec. I had the same thing on my E320. Worked fine after that.

 

Tried your advise plus I pulled the fuses! Still the same results! off to the dealer I go! Thanks!

 

Dont go to a dealership. Find a inde shop in your area that is good and use them unless you have a warranty on your CLS.

 

Did someone ever figure out what was going on with the sunroof? I'm having the same issue on my cls

 

Did you try resetting the sunroof as described above?
