I have changed my mobile phone to a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and I have paired it up and thats OK, however I have tried to copy my contacts over from my mobile phone but it keeps telling me its unsuccessful , I have spoken to MB Customer care who gave me a load of "waffle" like it should copy over but you may have to contact your local dealer, in other words get off the phone !!!!!!!!!!

All help would be appreciated
