Default 2006 CLS 350 ESP and ABS error

We just took delivery of a 2006 CLS 350. The car is new to us. On the test drive, there were no issues. After registering the car, my brother drove it to a car wash to give it a good clean. We splashed out on a steam clean and under-carriage wash. There were no issues then. After the wash, we noticed error messages on the dash.. ESP, ABS and Speedtronic error. Also another issue was stating that the "Runflat indicator not detected".

Is there anything wrong with the car?

I'm not sure about the other issues you mentioned there, but I can certainly help you with the ABS issue. i think you might have damaged or accidentally plugged out the ABS sensor while washing the car. I was recently washing my 2018 CLS 350 and I accidentally damaged the ABS sensor while giving a splash inside of the tires and the pressure for too much for the sensor to hold on to. The dashboard started showing ABS warning n I was very confused about the situation so I took it to the nearest Quick Fit's Mercedes Service Dubai Workshop. They inspected the vehicle and said the sensor was damaged and had to be replaced. I gave them a go-ahead and they did what needed to be done. Their service and price both were incredible. So I would definitely recommend checking for the ABS sensor and seeing if it's working well.
