I have a new to me 2004 CLK500 coupe and noticed that it does not have anything under the speaker grills in the rear deck. I read some posts about changing the entire stereo and speakers but was wondering if I am missing the subwoofer from the rear. It is my understanding that it should be on the driver side and that nothing should be on the passenger side. I looked in the space and can see the wire harness for it but no speaker. The grills do say Bose.

My question, should it be there? If so, is it worth putting one in, where would I find one, and anything else I should think of?
