Have a 2000 CLK 320. My Oil light sometimes comes on even when oil level is OK. It is problem with the oil level sensor in the oil pan, I'm told. About a $500 fix. Will do it sometime. But, till then, can I turn off the oil light without taking the car to the dealer (there isn't one in my town)? Thanks.
