Hi, I have a CLK230 2002. I've only had this car a couple of weeks now i'm having an issue with the ignition i put the key in and turn it all the Aux systems come on (I.E radio and lights and display on dash) when i try to start the engine there's nothing it doesn't even try to turn over. This has happened twice now thought it might have been the key dying so tried the spare when it happened this morning but still nothing. The problem seems to cure itself although i want to sort it ASAP as i only have a 3 months warranty on the car. Any help or ideas please?

 

HELP PLEASE! I've finally had the car put on a computer. It came back with 2 fault codes something uni,portant to do with the cruise control. The second is an open circuit on the starter? Any ideas what this could be. The garage say whilst they have the fault they aren't sure of the actual cause whilst the car is working normally! Haven't actually got the error codes yet as the print out is still with the car at the garage.
