Clk320 jerks/hesitates when it starts to roll from a stop only the first 5mph

My car jerks/hesitates when it starts to roll from a stop. You notce it alot if you're stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. It jerks/hesitates the first 5mph when my foot is still on the brake pedal. It goes away as soon as i pass 5mph. I have recently changed my motor mounts and trans. mount so it's not from that. Any suggestions? Thanks!
EDIT Sometimes the engine idles perfect. So its an on/off type of thing.

Hesitates

You are describing the same symptoms my 01 CLK is having. I noticed it started after I replaced my Air Mass meter. So I have been using the good gas to see if I feel any difference. I will take my car in to the Mech. in 2 weeks I will keep you posted if I learn anything.
