Hi there just rolled in a new to me 2002 CLK55 amg and have a question about the top. I am following the book and setting P break, unlocking, windows go down and slight push up on the top. When I lift the switch nothing happens. It does blink slowly which the book just says a malfunction has occurred. Any incite? I did notice the rear head rest light lit too. Oh cargo cover is in place and locked too.

Ok so update, took it back to the place where I bought it and they sent me to a local MB dealer who did the pre-buy inspection. I guess when they did the inspection on the top, they did not complete the cycle and so they had to manually take it though once and now it works fine.
