I have just joined this forum and hoping someone will be able to help with with my brilliant Merc CLK 230K Kompressor.

It is a 2000 W reg.

I am having problems with the supercharger. The fault is when running from cold the supercharger works, but when it gets to normal operatiing temperature, 80c, the supercharger cuts out and won't re-engage. I have not got a clue what could be causing this, and am on the verge of taking the supercharger off and welding up the clutch mechanism so it works constantly like the newer supercharged mercs.

Hope someone can please help me, and have my gorgeous car lfying again, as it is embarresing getting overtaken by a Turbo Diesel Freelander![&:]
