Clk 1999 230 fuse issue...i think
Hey all,
I have 1999 clk 230 elegance kompressor, had it since new and never had many problems.....
Just com off holiday, car stood for 7 days, electric windows didnt work, had a look under the bonnet at the fuse box and noticed a few fuses were not there...idiot me just put extra fuses in the holes, now the boot, electric windows and indicators dont work, i have gone through the sequence of removing all the fuses and putting them back in order as they should be, but the car now seams to have a mind of its own, I have tried disconecting the battery and to reset the ecu, and sometimes this works, but now the problem is intermittent.....
I was wondering if any kind person, if they could, could maybe take a picture of the fuse box, so i can see what fuses should be where for definant :-)
Thanks in advance

Fuse box
If you are the original owner, then your owner's manual will have a section with description and fuse size for every fuse receptacle. Check them one by one.
Your fuse box cover should also have detailed fuse placement/size label on inside of it.
