Blue Tooth, probably daft, question from new member
Hi, as a new member to this forum, and having spent some time trawling through the reams of info with no luck, I figured the best method may be to just ask....
I have a 2005 model CLK 500 coupe with comand which seems to have blue tooth. As my phone is a Sony 910i which typically is not a cradle option with MB I wondered if it was possible to hook up to the comand via blue tooth, works on the BMW, but I cant get it to work on the CLK!
I am technologically challenged.
Many thanks in anticipation.
Ja

i just asked the dealer about blue tooth last week. the guy there told me that the first benz with that technology would not be made until 2007. i've been lied to before, so i'm not sure who to believe. if you have blue tooth already, more power to you. i didn't think any of the models had that quite yet.

It does have bluetooth, and recognises the device in the car, but thats it! One assumes that you could listen to the comand via bluetooth headphones as it seems able to communicate out, but not back.........
I've given up in any case & got a Nokia and a cradle which while expensive is very very good with the command APS
