Default 2003 CLK 430

Hi everyone. I'm about to purchase a car faxed certified fully loaded 2003 CLK 430 with 45,000 miles and I'm very excited about this venture. I was just hoping for some advice or comments about this model. Has anyone experienced any major problems with their CLK 430? Any and all comments will be appreciated. Thanks.

My 2001 CLK 430 has been a gem for 4 years (bought in '02).....minor electrical/electronic gremlins and a balky sun/moon roof. But, I have a friend with a Cabriolet like Patrick that drove him nuts and exasperated the M-Benz dealer to the point they bought it back by giving him $X credit towards a new car at that dealership. The CLK has only been around since '98 offering a 2-door 4-seater on the C chassis. The '03 you're looking at is the 1st year of a new body style (W209 I believe) and if the price is below $40 might be worth it. I do recommend the M-Benz ext warranty- it'll add $2M to price but worth it imo. Good luck.
