Default 04 CLK500 parking brake problem

i have recently purchased a new set of tires for my clk but after it was all set and i took for a quick spin in just a couple of feet of driving the rear wheels started to make a grinding sound. now the rear passenger rotor is not moving at all, it seems like the parking brake locked itself or something, the other side also has some trouble but not as bad as this one. if anyone could help me i would very much appreciate it :/

if you installed new wheels with longer bolts you probably destroyed the parking brake mechanism. if you are using the original wheels and lugs then you probably ok.
