High Beam Lights

High Beam Lights
HI, Wonder if anyone could help.
My A-class lights seem to be stuck on High Beam. I cannot dip the lights, when I click the light stork.
Does anyone know if there are any hidden relays/fuses that could be causing this. I have check all the normal fuses and relays.
Would this be a replace unit job?
