Recently my wife has lost all radio reception in her A160. The antenna connection on the rear of the stereo is fine. I suspect the connection (if there is one) in the tailgate may be at fault. The spoiler contains the antenna but what I need to know is:

Is there a connector inside the tailgate from the antenna to the lead going to the stereo and if so could this have come loose if the tailgate has been 'slammed' too many times?

How do I get to the connector - is it in the lower half of the tailgate (below the window) behind the fuzzy access panel ?

Anyone out there done one of these?
