New owner having trouble removing front rt turn bulb? How does the lamp come out of the housing?

Nevermind, that was easier than I had thought. New question: Rt turn bulb, even when replaced will not work. Causes malfunction message on dash screen. Any suggestions? I have cleaned the contacts, replaced the bulb.

 

Not as easy as you think; it's a fragile assembly and easily broken when one forces the twist-lock mechanism. It displaces the contacts if you're not careful. It may look and feel OK, but the side contacts inside the housing is probably f****d up. You may be able to bend it gently but otherwise, a new housing may be the answer.
