Replaced the motor and fuse. Works fine in wash mode, but does not turn on for slow medium or high speed wiper. Any suggestions? 1994 C280 ...control is in the turn signal arm, turn signal works fine,,just no wipers....unless i push in the control and get the wash mode to go on...

 

bad turn signal/wiper stalk 90% of the time....called the combi switch

 

so can i buy this piece and replace myself, or is it a tech job for sure? thanks...
