What I REALLY want is a CD/Nav/AM-FM original, double din, radio for my 2004 pre-face lift C230 coupe. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Advice: If I can't find the above I will do after market. What I don't like is that the after market looks like after market. Can you suggest any radio that fits in the space? I am posting a pic of what is there now.
