I am in the middle of hunting another car for me, and I found one C280 95 with 98000 mileage on it.

What is your advise for me a future benz rider?

Is there any common problem found in 1995 c-280?

What things that I need to check on before I make a decision?

I have a '94 C180 which I love.

However, the main problem with '93 to '97 Benzes appears to be the engine wiring harness which apparently has insulation which can't stand up to the heat generated and eventually decomposes. This initally causes all kinds of engine problems until the car eventually stops. (Have a search on this forum (and others) to see what I mean...)

So far, mine hasn't shown any problems and I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
