retap the hole or make the hole slightly bigger and use a bigger screw. but the screw must be able to fit threw the pan hole.

The pan does not have a hole.It has a grip with the hole through it.So i can't make the hole bigger.I tried a slightly longer bolt that held but i am afraid to tighten to hard even though it did better than the original bolt.I try autozone for longer bolt with a nut to hold both sides. Thanks!
