Transmission Connecter Leak???

Default Transmission Connecter Leak???

I went in to the MB dealer to get an oil and filter change and after it was all done on my receipt copy it stated that i had a minor transmission connecter leak...the advisor told me it wasnt anything serious but something to consider in the future...anyone else have this problem on there2000 C230 komp? how much is something like that going to run me etc....all help apprieciated...thanks

This is a common issue. Failure of the o-rings at the connector seem to be the culprit. Search the net. It seems that I have seen a repair tutorial on this if you are the DIY type.

Its a common leak...dont understand why they just didnt do it during your trans service... Its only like a $10 part and takes about 5 min to do...

Thanks for the Info guys...when he told me about that i got scared i thought it was going to be alot of $$$$$$$$ to fix it....
