Re-Activating Radio After Battery Swap

RE: Re-Activating Radio After Battery Swap
So what happened to this FORUM? Did U get your Radio activated or end up buying a new Radio?
I'm having a same trouble. The CODE will only help if you have power to you radio and it says "CODE?"
But mine is blank - nothing on the screen. I'm hoping that I don't have to buy a new radio.
Can I install OEM audio instead of Mercedez original?

Who ever Joe is, he needs a reality check, a battery is a battery, whether it comes from Mercedes or not. As long as you observe polarity while connecting it, you should have no problems, other than resetting all the electronics. How is the battery modified Joe? Only German electrons in it? Get real, and you say you are an engineer.

RE: Re-Activating Radio After Battery Swap
Jeo,
Please stop giving people lectures, what is the crap of “I can't provide in detail base on our company secret” How much secret you know as an assistant CAD engineer. The procedure for reset radio is not a secret; it is published in the owner’s manual. This is the same procedure MB dealer uses to reset the radio. If you don’t know how to resolve the issue, please stay on the side.
