radio problems, please help
Hi everyone,
I took my 2006 C230 to get a car wash today and while driving away I realized that my radio was not working though before I took it, it was working perfectly. The radio turns on, however, there is no sound and when I try to use my CD changer, it says "No CDC." I have never had any problems with my stereo before.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a factory reset code? Please help! As its Sunday and tomorrow is Memorial Day, Mercedes Service isn't open. Any ideas?

thanks for the fast reply sleepwalker. what ended up happening was, the radio worked fine the next day. I read on another forum that this happens to other people, so I really have no idea what the problem was/is. Hopefully it doesn't happen again? or maybe i should just wash my own car from now on.
well, this problem has nothing to do with carwash.
MB radios are notorious in complaining there is no cd changer or magazine. Usually (if nothing is broken), ejecting the changer and slamming it back in would put it back to life.

About every 3rd time I start my 1994 E320 the radio doesn't come on. Was working just fine. Kill and restart and nothing. No lights, nothing. Then kill and restart and it's working. Does anyone else have this problem. Already had problems with the car itself not starting but all lights and bells going off. Changed the battery, reset the radio code and then changed the fuse for the radio. This no playing had happened once before all that. Now it's about once a day. Please help.
