Radio control on steering wheel

Radio control on steering wheel
Anybody know about the station changer on the steering wheel of an 05 C240? Seems like it should go to the next station preset on the radio, but it does not. It goes to the next available station, even if it is all static. Seems kind of dumb to me. Anyway to change that? Thanks.

yes, scroll through the different choices on the steering system till you get to Settings, then push the up arrow.
It will ask what settings you want to change, set to vehicle and push the up arrow.
I think the first thing you see is the choice between memory, or station. choose memory so you can scroll through your presets, rather then just all stations.

Thank you for this response. I did my best according to your directions, but it seems that the only thing that I have the option to adjust under the 'vehicle' menu is the automatic door locks. I tried looking under the other menus, but no luck finding anything that made sense to me. I wonder if you have any other ideas. There was a menu that did show the radio stations on the lcd display, and I rummaged around there a bit, but still could not fine anything that made sense to me.

Our 2002 wagon permits you to scan by station or by pre-set memory.... take a quik look at your OM... I don't recall how to access the menu but recall it was on the steering wheel controls.
