Default problem with cd changer pls help

so my family gets an 02 C240, and i try the cd changer and it seemed to work fine, so i take the magazine out. the next day i want to use it, the magazine is already in, and i want to put my cd in, here's the problem. i press the eject button and u think it's gonna come out, and nothing happens. the eject button just blinks. i tried reading the booklet if there was something i wasnt aware of but i'm sure we all know how to use a cd player (except for maybe my parents who were the last to use it) pls tell me what i can do to fix this, anyone? thanks in advance.

Don't put warped CDs or CDs with stuck-on labels into the CD player. The Becker/Audio 30 systems tend to be very sensitive and will jam up.

How did you fix it?
I had the same problem but mine was under warranty & they just changed the whole unit.
