hi i have n reg mercedes c180 and keep having problems with the central locking sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt i changed the battery in the key but same problem , could it be something to do with the immobiliser sytems also do u have to wait for the immobilser to go green before you can start the car on all mercedes as sometimes i have to wait ages or have to lock the car and try again ,, please help many thanks

 

take that to someone who can fix electrical problems on a mercedes because that what that is.

 

I have an E class & had the same problem - very irritating!! I checked the fuses-(in my trunk) one was burned out the other was missing. replaced them & my doors are locking & unlocking - good luck
