So I am about to try and purchace a MB c230K. Its the one with the 2.3L in it and 6 speed manual. Can someone tell me if this car feels like it has 190hp or it that an overstatement? also, how stiff is the clutch pedal? My last car (a ford focus) felt like my grandmother could have driven it. Im hoping this clutch is a little bit more....manly?

 

it has a very lite clutch easy to push.

 

I'm sure if you want ot make it a more "manly" clutch, there are vendors who make and sell a performance clutch and pressure plate with a stronger set of spring fingers. But I doubt you want to spen the bucks for a clutch job until it becomes necessary. Figure at least $1000 for parts and another $1000 for labor.
