Me and my wife just purchased the c230 sedan in white. We are extremly happy with the car and hoping not to have as much problems with this car as we did with the mini cooper.

First thing I wanted to do is get a nice set of rims for the car. Initially I was interested in the sports package but it's going to be around 2600 can with taxes in on the special. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a nice quality manufacturer of rims for the mercedes?

I have bought rims for several cars from Tire Rack and was never disapointed. They will give you good advice and they are honest. www.tirerack.com. On the website, there is a page you can bring up a pic of your car and compare how different wheels look. Very cool.

I've been on tire rack already, I just wanted to go with a good brand name for the rims. It's mainly for looks and quality, I may go with the OZ.

Any particular rim manufacturer for the mercedes you guys recommend besides the AMG and BBS stuff.

you have the c230 right? doesn't it have the benz rims on it that have a hint of chrome around them? i love those. think they are better then what comes stock on c240's

 

I had Borbet rims on my 3 series BMW before I got the Benz and also had Mille Miglia on my Z3 M coupe I had. both inexpensive and both from Tire Rack and both makes quality. I have the eight hole rims on my C280, which IMHO befits the car.

 

 

IMHO those rims are nice, very nice, what size 15", 16" bigger?
