Hi there people.My dad bought a Mercedes C200 with a Nokia car kit.We bought a Nokia 6310i and it fitted in,after we putted the phone in and turned on the car,the car processor said Processing and after it it said No remote When i tried to call to the car phone it didn't work.Is there any Bluetooth device on the car that u need to connect it with your phone or need to fix it from the car computer?We need help please.

 

And i need help CD is stuck on radio when we try to take it out it does a sound like a scratch sound but still works good.Please help
