Default This may sound dumb, but here goes...

'05 C320, took off the lug bolts, put in the alighnment pin, but I can't get the tire off.

Am I missing something?

Dumb *** figured it out....rubber mallet....aluminum on steel.

Don't feel too bad, it happened to me the first time too. Funny thing is, it never happened to any of my other cars that had aluminum wheels. Could never figure out why its this way with my C230k. That was the first and only time they were off though.
