Lost small piece off bumper. what's it called?

Hello - I lost a small piece off the back bumper of the car. It is highlighted in the photo. I'm trying to figure out what it is called and where to get a new one.

It's called a Tow Hook Cover and apparently it only comes in "primer" color so it has to be painted to match. BEATING!
