I have a 2003 Compressor Sedan, I can turn on the auto in my car and after a time...I can press the recirc button with the windows down the windows and roof close. I can have the windows up and do the same thing and the windows and roof sometimes open like they supposed too. Is there a reset sequence to reset the open feature?

 

If your battery has been replaced, the "brains" for the sunroof and windows may need to be reset. Key in position 2, open the window all the way and hold the switch there for (some say four, some say ten) seconds. Run the window closed and also hold the button there. Repeat for all windows, and the same for the sunroof.
Search the sites for "tunnel" as well.
